We are looking for quality field instructors!

Family Bootcamp offers an appealing employment package to both experienced wilderness instructors as well as qualified individuals who have an interest in training to become a field instructor.   

If you love hiking, camping and helping youth then we have the perfect job for you!   In addition to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people, you will have the opportunity to explore some of the most beautiful landscape in the world.  

Field instructors with prior wilderness therapy experience is preferred, but if you have no prior experience, we will train you! 

Unlike most wilderness treatment programs that run an 8 day on/6 day off rotation, Family bootcamp runs a Thursday through Monday shift.  This allows our staff to continue to attend college during the week and work weekends.

Our staff compensation rivals any wilderness treatment company in the country.
